Checking Status of Orders  ( you should always receive a UPS, USPS or Fedex tracking from us in your e-mail when shipped.)

To keep our prices as low as possible we do not have a customer service phone number for orders.
We strive to answer every e-mail received a reply within one hour during normal business hours, in most cases within 30 minutes!

Fax your order to us at 1-610-523-FINS ( 3467 ) Orders only please.  Do not fax any questions to us.   
Please make sure you all of your information is included.  We suggest printing out the shopping cart page or the order page from the web site. Please include a phone# or email address so we can contact you if we have questions. Please make sure you include your credit card information ( card number, bank name, expiration date and 3 digit security code on the back ). If you provide an email address we will send you a order confirmation email and also a shipping notification email. If mailing postal money orders only are accepted but will require a 2 business day delay in processing. *
*  Postal money orders will require a 2 business day hold.  Please do NOT send checks of any kind or any other money orders besides postal if you do it will NOT be honered and we will NOT forward the check back to you unless you send us a postage paid envelope. Thank You for your understanding.
