Our business headquarters is located in Bayville, N.J. Which is on the Jersey shore.
Where are your warehouses located?
Our warehouses are located in numerous locations throughout the US. Please note some of these locations are partner companies. Sometimes your order might ship from a partner location and might not show FinsDepot on the shipping label.
I do not feel comfortable placing my order over the Internet is there any other way to place an order?
Can I pick up my orders if I live near you?
Unfortunately we do not have our office in New Jersey or our warehouses set up to process in-person retail sales. Maybe in the future.
ABOUT OUR POLICIES
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Because our business is based in New Jersey we are required by law to collect NJ sales tax which is automatically added to all orders shipped to any address within the State of New Jersey.
Also we do maintain a business association in California therefore we are required by law to collect CA sales tax which is automatically added to all orders shipped to any address within the State of California.
How do you ship your orders?
Our preferred method of shipping is UPS however sometimes FedEx is used or if your order is small or you request it then we could use USPS
All shipments are fully insured!
What are your Shipping/Handling charges?
On most items a flat shipping fee is charged as long as the shipping address is within the 48 continental US. All shipments are fully insured! Please see our Shipping Page for details.

When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Unfortunately sometimes there is a backorder on items from the manufactor which we have no control of. If there is a known backorder we will notify you as soon as possible and ask you if you want to wait for the item.
How will I know when it is shipped?
All orders when shipped will have a tracking#. All customers will receive this tracking # by
e-mail.
Please note:When ordering please double check all of your personal information was entered correctly.. We can not be responsible for mistyped addresses.Also double-check the address when you receive your email confirmation invoice. If the order is shipped to the wrong address due to information you entered there will be a $15.00 service fee needed to reship along with any UPS,FedEx, or Postal charges. These fees would have to be paid before redelivery is attempted. If the fees are not paid and the shipment is returned to us then you will only receive credit on the item minus any shipping charges paid and a $15.00 restocking fee. You agree to these terms if you purchase from us.
