If you need to return an item, you first will need to contact us for an RA (Return Authorization) number. Any return shipped back to us without this RA number will be refused.
To qualify for a return, you must meet the following criteria:
Being we maintain different warehouse inventories the item will be sent to the warehouse where it was shipped from. When you are given a RA# we will supply you with the return address information. If you are returning multible items each item might need a different RA# and might have to be shipped to different locations. Again we will notify you with the RA# when it's given to you. MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Always read the manufacturer's warranty on any product you receive and keep your email order confirmation as proof of purchase. If the product is, or becomes defective, notify us FIRST before returning it to us. Most manufacturers allow us to accept returned defective merchandise, but some prefer to have the customer return the product directly to them. We prefer to accept returns, but in some instances the customer is required to send the product directly to the manufacturer. These are all excellent companies who have quality products and great reputations, but they have their own specific policies on defective merchandise. We cannot be responsible for returned merchandise that arrives damaged because it was not packaged properly. We can not accept returns that arrive C.O.D. Make sure all parts, instructions, etc. are enclosed for all merchandise being returned. The products must be in their original display packaging. We highly recommend that our customers insure returned merchandise.
Do not ship any product back in it's product box.
Always put the product inside a cardboard box fully packed, otherwise the item will not be in resalable condition and you will not receive full credit or possibly refused.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless the merchandise was shipped in error.
Orders can not be canceled after they have been shipped. Refused orders are subjected to an automatic 25% restocking fee plus return freight charge. Orders can not be cancelled or refused due to delay in shipping.
No Returns on chillers unless defective
No returns on bulbs. Manufacture warranty only. No Refunds.
