Shipping Rates and Policies
Most products ship normally within 1-2 business days. Items are shipped from one of our warehouses or a partner warehouse located within the US.
We have NO LOCAL PICKUP available at this time.
On most items there is a flat shipping charge based on your total purchase price if shipped anywhere within the 48 continental US.
Our preferred method of shipping is UPS however sometimes FedEx is used and if your order is small and/or you request it then we could use USPS.
Shipping charges are the same regardless of which shipper is used.
Please note: DO NOT use a PO Box for a shipping address. UPS/FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Unless it is a very small item we will not be able to ship it USPS and your order will be delayed.

Orders placed by 1PM ET Monday -Thursday will be shipped same day when using overnight shipping!
Please note: When ordering please double check all of your personal information was entered correctly. Also double-check the address when you receive your email confirmation invoice. We can not be responsible for mistyped addresses. If the order is shipped to the wrong address due to information you entered there will be a $15.00 service fee needed to reship along with any UPS, FedEx, or Postal charges. These fees would have to be paid before redelivery is attempted. If the fees are not paid and the shipment is returned to us then you will only receive credit on the item minus any shipping charges paid and a $15.00 restocking fee. You agree to these terms if you purchase from us.

We ship UPS, DHL and US Postal Service to several countries. We gladly accept international orders and we do not charge extra to fill out custom forms.
Please note: If you are not within the 48 continental US then you are considered international shipping and additional shipping charges will apply. Additional shipping charges will apply on items listed as free shipping. Due to restrictions some products may not be shipped to certain countries and some products only can be shipped within the US only. All international customers must pay using our Paypal address: orders@FinsDepot.com once we give you a shipping quote.
Please note:
International customers must have an already established (one month old or more) Paypal account in good standing and the shipment will only be sent to the address listed in Paypal. Please make sure the address is correct. Otherwise we will not be able to honor your order and your payment will be returned to you.
You can also pay directly at checkout using Google Checkout using a credit card however you MUST let us know first so we can set that up for you. Otherwise your order will be delayed until the correct shipping charge is paid.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to complete customs forms before we send your order.
Please note: International customers are fully responsible for paying their countries import taxes and / or fees that are required by customs in order for the item to be delivered.
We have no control over those fees. Please don't ask us.
