The Guarantee on 3-Day or Less Ground Express Shipping means that we will guarantee that it will take 3 shipping days* or less to arrive from the time we send you the shipment notification.  This guarantee does not apply if there is a delivery exception noted by the carrier.  Any order that includes a Oversized Shipping Fee does not qualify for this shipping option. Other items may also be restricted.  Other restrictions may also apply. *3 shipping days does not include holidays or weekends. The first day is the day after your order ships. If you do not receive the item in the required time period and all guidelines are met then we will refund you the extra shipping charge.
